CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable . Deposits are REQUIRED when booking appointments. If you do not submit a deposit 24hrs prior to your appointment , you will lose your appointment time & need to rebook. LATE POLICY: To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive within this grace period, your appointment will proceed as scheduled. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we can still accommodate you, a $10 late fee will be applied. Please try to arrive on time to avoid any additional charges and ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment. RESCHEDULING: If rescheduling it is required you do so 12hrs prior to the start of your appointment time. When rescheduling an appointment a new date & time needs to be given within the first 24 hrs of the request. After 24 hrs you will forfeit your deposit & need to book a new appointment. Same day rescheduling will require a $5 fee. Rescheduling 30 min before time of appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit, a new deposit and appointment must be booked. CANCELLATION : If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit your deposit. This fee helps us cover the time reserved for you and allows us to accommodate other clients. All deposits are non refundable but may be used as a credit if rescheduling or canceled within 24hrs or prior to 24 hr notice. No call no shows will be charged the full amount and will no longer be able to book. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
